Reports on the Status of Women in Astronomy (and sciences)

There have been many studies about the status of women in astronomy and in the sciences in general. Of professional astronomers, less than 25% are women. The hobby of astronomy boasts far less at 10-15%.

By reporting on these studies here, we hope to encourage more people to get involved and help solve these issues.
